At MahaVeils, we want you to feel as graceful as you look in our collections. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return process simple and complimentary.
The Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers, items must be returned in their original condition:

Unworn & Unwashed: Items must show no signs of wear, makeup stains, or perfume scents.

Original Packaging: All tags must be attached, and the item should be in its original MahaVeils packaging.

Final Sale: Please note that customized items or those marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Complimentary Return Shipping We are pleased to offer Free Return Shipping for our domestic customers. Once your return is authorized, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.

Securely pack your items and drop them off at the carrier location.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
